The Minister of Solidarity and Family Receives the Secretary of State for Europe to Discuss Joint Projects in Several Areas

In a move reflecting Morocco and France’s commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation, the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family received, on Tuesday, October 29, Mohammed Souili, Secretary of State for Europe and Foreign Affairs, in charge of Francophonie. The meeting also included the participation of Minister Naïma Ben Yahya and Secretary of State for Social Integration, Abdel Jabbar Rachdi.

During this meeting, several joint projects aimed at enhancing the role of women in society and supporting people with disabilities were discussed. The minister emphasized the importance of these initiatives in creating a more inclusive environment and thanked French President Emmanuel Macron for his clear support for Moroccan national issues, particularly regarding his position on the Moroccan Sahara.

It is noteworthy that this meeting coincides with the visit of Mr. Emmanuel Macron to Morocco, reflecting the growing desire of both countries to strengthen their economic, social, and cultural relations. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to promote cooperation in various fields, including social integration, family matters, and gender equality.
