As part of initiatives aimed at supporting Moroccan youth, a partnership agreement was signed between the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication (MJCC), the Ministry of National Territory Planning, Urban Planning, Housing, and City Policy, and Holding Al Omrane. This collaboration aims to promote the integration and empowerment of young people through improved access to housing.
This agreement is in line with an ambitious royal vision that places youth at the heart of national priorities. It is also aligned with the objectives of the 2021-2026 government program, which focuses on converging efforts to provide young people with concrete opportunities for social and economic integration.
One of the main goals of this agreement is to improve housing access for young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Through this partnership, the signatories commit to strengthening the supply of housing tailored to the needs of youth, while offering preferential conditions for their acquisition.
The key role of Holding Al Omrane in this agreement is to establish a housing offer adapted to young beneficiaries of FOG Jeunes, a program that facilitates access to housing financing.
In addition to housing access, this agreement also includes the promotion of housing products suited to the specific needs of young people, offering preferential conditions for acquiring homes, providing internship opportunities to foster professional integration, and encouraging innovation in the real estate sector.
This initiative complements the efforts in favor of youth by offering an integrated approach that combines housing, professional integration, and economic empowerment.
With this agreement, the government and its partners reaffirm their commitment to supporting Moroccan youth towards a more stable and promising future.
