Alalam24, At the invitation of the President of the National Assembly (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mrs. Sahiba Gafarova, the President of the House of Representatives, Mr. Rashid Al-Talibi Al-Ilmi, is visiting the Azerbaijani Parliament today, Tuesday, to participate in the centennial celebrations of the birth of former Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev
The House of Councillors will be represented in these celebrations, which will take place at the headquarters of the Azerbaijani Parliament, with the participation of parliamentary presidents, political and diplomatic figures, by Mr. Abdelilah Hafidi, a member of the Council’s office
Mr. Rashid Al-Talibi Al-Ilmi will deliver a speech on this occasion and will hold important meetings and bilateral discussions with the heads of parliaments and delegations participating in the celebrations, especially with the President of the Azerbaijani National Assembly
