– Mr. Farid Chouraqui, Governor of Marrakech-Safi Region and Prefect of Marrakech
– Mr. Younes Tazi, Governor of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Region and Prefect of Tangier-Assilah
– Mr. Ali Khalil, Governor of Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab Region and Prefect of Oued Ed-Dahab Province
– Mr. Abdelrazak Mansouri, Prefect of Tétouan Province
– Mr. Hassan Zeitouni, Prefect of Al Hoceima Province
