Recent medical warnings highlight the dangers of a sedentary lifestyle, which has come to dominate our daily lives. Joining a gym is not necessary to maintain an active lifestyle; activity can be part of your daily routine through simple choices, such as walking or cycling instead of driving, or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
