Training Course for University Guards in Moulay Bousselham
,alalam24, On Saturday, December 2, 2023, the regional branch of hunting in Rabat-Salé-Kénitra organized a training, course for university guards in the city of Moulay Bousselham under the slogan “For Sustainable and Responsible Hunting.”
The training course aimed to train and supervise university guards, as well as provide them with the logistical tools to work in the best possible conditions, given the importance of the tasks they carry out in the hunting field, through their contribution to combating illegal hunting and preserving wildlife.
The course was attended by qualified trainers who are experts in the field and are familiar with the legal aspects. They passed on field knowledge and experience related to how to write reports and make arrests, how to communicate with hunters, and other topics related to the daily tasks of a university guard.
It is worth noting that the first batch of 14 university guards was appointed in partnership with the National Agency for Water and Forests, with two guards being appointed in each province. It is expected that more batches will graduate in the future to achieve broader coverage.
This course reflects the importance that the regional branch of hunting in Rabat-Salé-Kénitra attaches to the role of university guards in preserving wildlife and ensuring that hunting is practiced in a sustainable and responsible manner that respects the legal regulations governing this activity.
