The Commission on Foreign Affairs, National Defense, Islamic Affairs, Migration, and Moroccans Residing Abroad has approved new agreements with Italy and Spain, under which these two countries will officially recognize Moroccan driving licenses.
These agreements follow the participation of Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita, who emphasized that this initiative aims to facilitate the mobility of the Moroccan community residing in these countries without requiring them to take new tests or exchange their licenses.
Through this measure, Morocco seeks to reduce the administrative and financial burdens on its citizens abroad while strengthening their rights and integration in their host countries.
These agreements also reflect the ongoing desire to enhance bilateral cooperation between Morocco, Italy, and Spain in various fields.
