Mr. Habib El Malki Represents His Majesty the King at the Inauguration of the President of Rwanda
Mr. Habib El Malki, President of the Higher Council for Education, Training, and Scientific Research, represented His Majesty King Mohammed VI at the inauguration ceremony of the President of the Republic of Rwanda, Mr. Paul Kagame, who was re-elected on July 15, 2024, for a fourth term
The ceremony took place in Kigali on Sunday, August 11, 2024, in the presence of a significant number of heads of state and government, civil and military figures, as well as members of the diplomatic corps. Mr. Habib El Malki was accompanied by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to the Republic of Rwanda, Mr. Youssef Alaoumani
During the ceremony, Mr. Habib El Malki conveyed the congratulations and best wishes of His Majesty King Mohammed VI to the President of the Republic of Rwanda, reaffirming His Majesty’s commitment to strengthening South-South cooperation in the service of the development and prosperity of the African continent
