Maroc Telecom Announces Its Intention to Appeal Ordering Compensation of 6.4 Billion Dirhams
Alalam24, Maroc Telecom has confirmed its intention to appeal a ruling issued by the Commercial Court of Rabat, the company having indicated in an official statement that it received the judicial decision on January 29, 2024.
The court ruling requires Maroc Telecom to pay a total compensation of 6.4 billion dirhams to the company “Wana Corporate,” this decision being based on accusations of abusive practices and violations of the rules of fair competition.
