“The Journey of Self-Discovery” in the East
Alalam24, Moussa Abdou Ibrahim, a symbol of success in the Baccalaureate exams in Niger in 2013, embarked on a journey of self-discovery and education. After receiving a scholarship to study in the Kingdom of Morocco, he decided to embark on a long journey in search of knowledge and self-improvement.
Morocco welcomed him with warm smiles and unexpected hospitality. He left the Casablanca airport heading to the city of Oujda, which he considers his new home. After his arrival, he began his academic journey by registering in the beautiful atmosphere of the city, where he met kind-hearted and cooperative people who greatly helped him adapt to the local community.
Although Morocco does not possess many natural resources and minerals, Moussa quickly understood the importance of strengthening human capital to start the development process. The historic victory of the Moroccan national football team in the World Cup is a living proof of that, as this team consisted of talented players who possessed hard work and courage.
Moussa’s experience in Morocco has proven that hard work and perseverance are the only two ways to achieve success, and that we all need to integrate knowledge and experience for personal and social growth. The amazing people he met in Oujda also taught him the importance of teamwork.
The Moroccan society is characterized by cooperation, solidarity, and brotherhood. Moussa noticed in Oujda the good interaction and cooperation among people, and their willingness to help in need. He also witnessed the great solidarity among people during the joy that overwhelmed Moroccans after their national team’s victory in the World Cup.
In the end, Moussa’s experience in Morocco was not just a search for knowledge and education, but it was a human experience immersed in culture, solidarity, and cooperation. It taught him a lot about the true values of life and the importance of teamwork in building a strong and prosperous community
