China develops first 100-kg liquid hydrogen storage system for vehicles

The China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) has announced a breakthrough in the transportation sector with the successful development of the first 100-kg liquid hydrogen storage system for vehicles.

This system, a critical component of liquid hydrogen-powered heavy trucks, is entirely produced domestically and will enable these vehicles to achieve a range of over 1,000 kilometers on a single charge.
