 “Google AI Edge Eloquent,” a voice dictation app for iPhone users. It relies on Gemma and ASR models to convert speech into text directly on the device once the models are downloaded, and it is available for free on the App Store.

The app features real-time text display, removal of filler words, improved phrasing, summarization of key points, and control over text length. However, these advanced features are currently limited to English. It can also operate locally without an internet connection, ensuring data privacy.

When connected to the internet, the app uses cloud-based Gemini models to enhance text quality. It also allows importing terms and names from a Gmail account to improve recognition accuracy. The app aims to transform natural speech into professional text by filtering out hesitations and applying real-time corrections.
