A scientific report published by ScienceAlert shows that slowing aging and revitalizing the body doesn’t require expensive solutions or complicated methods from the multi-billion-dollar anti-aging industry. Instead, the key lies in five simple daily habits.
Scientists confirm that regular physical activity is the “magic medicine” that slows aging at the cellular level. They note that eight weeks of exercise, performed three times a week, reduced the biological age of inactive individuals by two years.
The second factor is a healthy diet, which helps reprogram cells. Studies have shown that following a balanced, antioxidant-rich diet for one year can reduce biological age by around 2.4 years.
Experts emphasize the importance of focusing on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fish, while reducing the intake of sugars and red meat.
