Google has announced the integration of a new artificial intelligence-based feature in its Gmail service, aimed at improving email search and access more quickly and efficiently.
This technology analyzes various factors, such as the recency of messages, frequency of openings, and user interaction with the sender, allowing the most relevant emails to appear at the top of search results.
The update also provides users with the option to switch between viewing “most important” or “most recent” messages, offering a more personalized experience tailored to their needs.
This feature is currently available for personal Gmail accounts on the web and on smartphones running Android and iOS. Google plans to expand its availability to business accounts in the near future.
