Ibn Tofaïl University Hosts an Inaugural Lecture on “State Dispute Management” with the Presence of the Kingdom’s Judicial Agent
On Wednesday, November 13, 2024, the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences at Ibn Tofaïl University in Kenitra kicked off its academic year with a special lecture by Professor Abd Rahman Lamtoni, Judicial Agent of the Kingdom, titled “Managing State Disputes Amid Administrative Efficiency and the Preservation of Legitimacy.” The event, attended by University President Mohammed Al-Arabi Karkab, reflects the institution’s commitment to promoting dialogue among academics, legal experts, and practitioners.
The inaugural lecture attracted a large audience of students, faculty, researchers, and legal professionals who eagerly engaged with the issues raised by Professor Lamtoni. His presentation was filled with practical insights into managing state disputes, emphasizing the balance between protecting legal legitimacy and achieving administrative goals with transparency and efficiency.
Professor Lamtoni highlighted the Judicial Agent’s role in safeguarding state interests and implementing legal procedures aligned with legislative frameworks.
